Holistic Radiance Skin Treatment

With the help of a good skin care routine, sun protection, hydration and good nutrition, the skin can truly benefit. Add to this, regular face and skin treatments, your skin really can improve and look more lifted and rejuvenated.
This is a holistic treatment which starts with a head massage to open circulatory pathways and allow drainage followed by traditional cleansing, exfoliation and mask. With the use of Eastern facial techniques the treatment adds face cupping to boost blood flow to the skin surface and smooth out fine lines. An Ayurvedic tool known as a Kansa wand is applied to exercise the muscles whilst it provides a natural lift, boosts the skin and gives a radiant glow.
Using organic, chemical, toxic and cruelty free Tropic Skincare, the skin is drenched with plant and marine nutrients, full of antioxidants, vitamins and age defying properties to provide a super boost of goodness. The treatment completes with a short Reiki session to promote a sense of calm, balance and wellbeing.

Natural 'No Tox' Face Lift
Natural Face Lift is a holistic, non surgical alternative therapy to injectables and invasive treatments. This soothing yet highly effective treatment incorporates a series of Japanese and Indian movement sequences to lift and tone the skin and target age related issues, all without surgery or chemical injections. I like to call it my “NoTox” therapy!
This treatment targets lymph drainage and blood circulation which in turn helps to sculpt and lift the complexion. At the same time, it can help release jaw, neck and shoulder tension, unblock the sinuses, reduce headaches and bring about a sense of wellbeing.
You will notice an instant result however, it is highly recommended a series of 6 cumulative sessions are booked to maintain the best benefits. Over the course of time, wrinkles, fine lines, skin discolouration and sagginess can reduce greatly.

With my personal Colour Analysis session you will learn how to choose your most ultimate colours when shopping for new clothing.
Wearing colour that lifts your complexion instead of making you look tired, sallow and older will honestly be life changing. This enlightening session will really help you to look more youthful and most importantly, boost your confidence.
During the process you will be shown the differences in the various colour palettes and how the tone and depth of the colours play their part. You will be draped with the various colour swatches so you can see for yourself, in front of your own eyes, how such an effect can be created. This session also includes advice on choosing accessories, hair colour and make up suggestions. Bring along your make up and cosmetics and I will do a full review and advise you on makeup colours that also work with your colour analysis. You will also receive your complimentary, unique mini colour swatch to keep close at hand to help guide you when shopping.
